At TDP we pride ourselves on our ability to think "outside the box" and develop truly innovative pack designs. With our in-house design and engineering facility we are able to assemble specialised tooling on site, which in turn allows us to put custom pack designs into production without delay.
We have developed a number of revolutionary packs over the years that have overcome particular factors on behalf of the customer. These include a ground breaking postal pack for use by a mail order healthcare company, allowing the safe delivery of the product to the consumer through a standard letterbox.
We have also enabled pharmaceutical companies to comply with the regulations on the Child Resistant packaging of Analgesics by developing our own "Clam Shell" container for blisters. Use of this pack means pharmaceutical manufacturers can now meet the required British standards without resorting to more substantial materials for the production of blisters.
