Our Equipment

Our purpose built 105.000 square foot production site houses some of the most modern and flexible filling and packaging equipment available. These include:

• Single and multi-head liquid fillers. Able to fill vials, glass and plastic containers ranging from 0.25ml up to 5 liters.
• Multi-channel tablet / capsule counters capable of filling up to 15,000 tablets or capsules a minute into a full range of containers.
• Four side seal sachet machines equipped to fill liquids, pastes, powders, granules as well as moist wipes.
• Medium and high speed blister packing lines capable of producing Cold-formed aluminum blisters for sensitive products.
• Blister forming also available with PP, PVC, PVC / PVDC, PVC / Aclar, COC, PET etc.
• Specialized blistering, with the use of our versatile feeding systems we can manufacture multi-component blisters that are Able to have up to four different sized and shaped capsules / tablets in one blister.
• Labeling equipment for vials, bottles and jars, capable of applying wrap-around, single or double sided, multi-peel labels or vignette.
• Coding equipment including ink-jet printers, barcode label printer / applicators and we can also apply RFID tags to individual outer packs or containers.
